Private Key Capital (PKC) is a Bitcoin backed financial services company. It acquired a credit union in El Salvador and built it into the world’s first hybrid Bitcoin distributed-treasury Credit Union. The credit union offers banking services, loans and innovative financial products. PKC also invests into the Bitcoin ecosystem with investments in mining, energy, real estate, food sovereignty, hospitality and other sectors. Recently PKC acquired a hotel in El Salvador to create a bitcoin themed destination resort.

BitcoinBen Crypto Club (BBCC) offers Crypto education to members. Club locations include West Palm Beach, Sarasota, Nashville, Boston, St. Louis, Dallas, Las Vegas, and El Salvador with new locations being added every year.

Dr. Bose is a Florida state Senate Appointed Board Member (2025-2029) for SBDC, a statewide oversight Board for Florida’s economic development. He is involved in shaping policy and frameworks for digital economy initiatives for governments and enterprises. Jay is an Ambassador for the International Chamber of Lithium and Energy Association, headquartered in Santiago, Chile. 

Previously, Jay was President at Ad Exchange Group, a marketing company in Newport Beach, CA, with $1.6 B in sales.

His early career included M&A at Cisco Systems; and as Manager at Ernst & Young, NY, NY.

Dr. Bose earned his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering and dual Master's degree (MS) in Theoretical Physics and Business management at Stevens Institute of Technology, NJ. Jay holds 2 patents for his work in packet networks and has a patent pending for bitcoin treasury design.

Jay resides in Sarasota with his wife Clara Lorraine and their two children, Adrian and Emma.
